These guy is totaly kenya by the name Sam.
i hang out with him-he doesn’t drink- and i must say he is quite an athlete.
He resides in Nairobi’s Mamlaka Estate. Cycles to any destination he goes for fun.
he can cycle from the University of Nairobi up to the Kikuyu Town for only one hour.
Doing the maths…that’s 30kilometers in 1 hr so he does 30KM/hr on the highway.
He has been attending cycling camps in the country. Recently he was in Ngong Hills, went to Ngong Town, Kiserian Town then back to town in the same day. If he had used public transport he would have been charged Ksh300 and also stuck in the jam. Which he saved.
